Agreement on the Processing of Personal Data
By acceding to this Agreement and submitting their data on the website swipeag.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") by filling out the fields of an online application (placing an order), the User:
– confirms that the personal data provided belongs personally to them; acknowledges and confirms that they have carefully and fully reviewed this Agreement and the terms contained therein regarding the processing of the personal data entered into the online application (registration) fields on the Site;
– acknowledges and confirms that they understand all provisions of this Agreement and the terms regarding the processing of their personal data;
– consents to the processing by the Site of the provided personal data for the purpose of registering the User on the Site;
– expresses agreement with the terms of personal data processing without any reservations or limitations.
The User consents to the processing of their personal data—specifically, the performance of actions provided for in Clause 3, Part 1, Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data"—and confirms that, in giving such consent, they are acting freely, of their own volition, and in their own interest. The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and conscious.
This User consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:
– surname, first name, and patronymic;
– telephone numbers;
– email addresses.
The User grants the service lsd-agency.ru the right to perform the following actions (operations) with the personal data:
– collection and accumulation;
– storage for the periods established by regulatory documents for record-keeping, but for no less than three years from the date the User ceases using the Site's services;
– clarification (updating, modification);
– use for the purpose of registering the User on the Site;
– destruction; – transfer upon a court order, including to third parties, subject to measures ensuring the protection of personal data against unauthorized access.
This consent remains valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be withdrawn by you by submitting a request to the Site administration containing the information specified in Art. 14 of the Law "On Personal Data."
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be effected by the User sending a corresponding instruction in simple written form to the email address hello@swipeag.com.
The Site bears no liability for the use (whether lawful or unlawful) by third parties of information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and dissemination by any means whatsoever. The Site reserves the right to amend this Agreement. When amendments are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Agreement enters into force upon its publication, unless otherwise provided for in the new version of the Agreement.
This Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement shall be governed by the substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation.
